The late Fort Worth businessman Charles Tandy sprouts tree progam idea to honor his wife. East Fort Worth, Inc. taking on program to beautify city's east side. Initially, the goal is to plant 2,000 trees, mostly on Randol Mill Road from Loop 820 to downtown.
